HuMa Indonesia Association (HuMa) is a non-profit organization focused on legal reform and natural resources. We are looking for candidates for the Project Manager position, on a contract basis, who have the following criteria:
1. Ability to lead and motivate team members.
2. Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with multiple parties involved in the project.
3. Able to work collaboratively and coordinate with all levels within the project internally, stakeholders, and the Project Supervisory Institution (HuMa).
4. Able to think critically to make the right and quick decisions in limited work situations and generate creative ideas.
5. Able to manage time effectively in completing tasks.
6. Able to analyze and interpret all types of technical documents and condense them into shorter documents that are easily understood by all project participants.
7. Skilled in large-scale planning and making scheduling and resource estimates needed in program implementation.
8. Understanding, managing, and monitoring expenditures according to the project budget.
9. Able to reduce the likelihood of risks and find effective solutions if obstacles occur during the project.
10. Prepare narrative progress reports for programs/projects, 3-month, 6-month reports, annual reports, and program completion reports.
Requirements:

- How can you contribute to a better HuMa?
