Business Requirement Document Workshop and Human Administration Application at Onih Hotel, Bogor
On November 15, 2024, Huma held a workshop themed Business Requirement Document and the development of administrative applications at Onih Hotel, Bogor. The event was attended by Huma staff who were representatives from each division within Huma’s institutional structure.
The workshop featured Aldi as a speaker, a consultant with experience in developing institution-based digital systems. In a session led by Aldi, participants were invited to understand the importance of digital transformation in supporting institutional activities.
Aldi explained that until now, activity administration and attendance recording at Huma had been done manually. This often required more time and had the potential to result in data inaccuracies. With the development of a new administrative application, it is hoped that a more transparent, efficient, and accurate system will be created.
• Efficiency is interpreted as accelerating administrative processes and data management.
• Transparency allows monitoring of fund usage and activities openly by all relevant parties.
• Accuracy helps ensure attendance data and activity records are recorded in real-time, reducing the risk of manual errors.
This activity is a strategic initial step to strengthen Huma’s institutional governance through the utilization of digital technology. With the enthusiasm of the participants and full support from the speaker, it is expected that the developing administrative application can be implemented soon and bring positive impacts to the organization.
