The HuMa Indonesia Association (HuMa) is a non-profit organization focusing on legal reform and natural resources. We are looking for candidates for the position of People’s Legal Assistance Manager on a contract basis, who meet the following criteria:
• Assist the Program Deputy in preparing annual work program and budget related to research, management and capacity development of People’s Legal Assistance, as well as administration and asset management;
• Assist the Program Deputy in preparing program reports under his coordination periodically to funders (donors) or members through the Unified Reporting Application (RUA);
• Coordinate and be responsible for the implementation of research, capacity development and Management of People’s Legal Assistance (PLA);
• Prepare the research implementation process together with the team, from preparing TOR, determining the research team, arranging travel and accommodation, financing, contracts for involved personnel;
• Prepare the implementation of management and capacity development of HuMa’s People’s Legal Assistance (PLA) in every conducted activity together with the team;
• Coordinate the documentation of personal capacity data of PLA, participants of trainings conducted by HuMa in HuMa’s database system;
• Coordinate with the advocacy, campaign, and data team in preparing publication materials derived from research and capacity development results and consolidate them through HuMa’s media;
• Coordinate the implementation of assistance and facilitation in preparing communication and information media used by PLA as campaign and advocacy media in resolving agrarian conflicts and others in the field;
• Coordinate regularly through weekly coordination meetings on the team’s work agenda;
• Actively participate in monthly cross-program coordination through monthly coordination meetings;
• Coordinate with the Finance Coordinator in preparing program activity budgets, monitoring budget absorption, and reporting the use of program funds;
• Coordinate the preparation of reports from all activities carried out.
