The Association of HuMa Indonesia (HuMa) is a non-profit organization that focuses on legal reform and natural resources. We are looking for candidates for the positions of Project Manager, Project Administration, and Project Finance Staff on a contract basis, which have the following criteria:
– Has the ability to lead and motivate team members.
– Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with multiple parties involved in the project.
– Can work collaboratively and coordinate with all levels within the project’s internal, stakeholders, and the project’s responsible institution (HuMa).
– Able to think critically to make the right and quick decisions in limited work situations and create creative ideas.
– Able to manage time effectively in completing tasks.
– Able to analyze and interpret all types of technical documents and convert them into shorter documents that are easily understood by everyone involved in the project.
– Skilled in large-scale planning and making scheduling estimates and resource needs for program implementation.
– Understand, manage, and monitor expenditures according to the project budget.
– Able to reduce the likelihood of risks occurring and find effective solutions if obstacles arise during the project journey.
– Create narrative progress reports on programs/projects, 3-month reports, 6-month reports, annual reports, and final program reports.
Requirements needed:
Write an application letter of maximum 2 pages containing:
– Why do you want to join HuMa?
– What concrete personal achievements do you want to achieve at HuMa? And
– How can you contribute to a better HuMa?
