HuMa Indonesia Association (HuMa) is a non-profit organization focused on legal reform and natural resources. Able to work on forestry policy issues and legal reform, as well as human resources development in the legal field.
Position/Title: Advocacy and Campaign Staff
Status: Permanent with a 12-month contract, including a three (3) month probationary period and extension based on performance.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum education background of Bachelor’s Degree (S1);
- Knowledge in law, especially natural resources, indigenous communities, and farmers;
- Good oral and written communication skills, team player, and able to work under pressure (deadlines);
- Willing to travel to HuMa partner regions (West Sumatra, West Java & Banten, Central Java, West Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, and other areas);
- Proficient in English, both actively and passively;
- Networking skills;
- Provide two references;
- Organizational experience.
