Rainforest Foundation Norway (RFN) is today one of the world’s leading organisations within rainforest protection. We collaborate closely with more than 70 local environmental, indigenous and human rights organisations in 11 rainforest countries in the Amazon region, Central Africa, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. Rainforest Foundation Norway espouses a rights-based approach to rainforest protection and making media creative for communities.

FF with HuMa contribute to the development program of the Community’s Law Facilitator School (SPHR) and develop the database of conflict natural resources, HuMawin.

Since 2000, the Department for International Development (DFID) supports Indonesia to improve forest sector governance through Multistakeholder Forestry Programme (MFP), which focuses on poverty alleviation among the people who live around the forest. In 2015, HuMa involved in forestry tenure conflict resolution in four regions of the community.
