PT Perkebunan Tratak  is located in the village Tratak Tumbrep, Airport District, Batang, BPN sued because its plantation concession revoked by Decree No: 7/PTT-HGU/BPN RI/2013 on Derelict Land Determination Originating leasehold 1/Batang Numbers Up PT. Tratak Estate Company Located In Tumbrep Village, Airport District, District rods, Central Java Province. The lawsuit was registered with no case: 25/G/2013/PTUN-Jkt. The reason is because Tratak BPN has abandoned his plantation for years. Smallholder plantations Tratak former wastelands of 4 villages around the estate represented 13 Tratak the tenant farmers, filed a petition to intervene in the case of the Jakarta State Administrative Court judges.
